Apple-Beetroot Juice

Recently in Vorpommern I could try the apple-beetroot juice of Mosterei Remy. For beet I am always to have, and this combination convinced me very much.

In the absence of a juicer I make it easy at home and mix

• 1 part beet juice (attention, not the lactic acid, but fresh)
• 2-3 parts apple juice naturally cloudy

both chilled and of course from the health food store. Mix - ready!
