Ham and Woodruff Asparagus

I’m down with a summer flu, but I still want to eat something good. So there’s something simple. I put 500g of green asparagus (ends peeled) in a cast iron pan, add 2 slices of Black Forest Ham (in small cubes), 3 tbsp of woodruff oil, 2 tbsp of cashews and some Fleur de Sel and wrap the whole thing with aluminum foil to make a steam-tight packet. Then for 50 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven. Finally, some finely grated Parmesan is missing, which then comes over the unwrapped sticks. A delight in the 200th post!
