Quick Orange Dessert

My wife wants dessert! So I conjure from these leftovers

• 1 orange, filleted
• 1 tablespoon yogurt
• 1 piece of vanilla ice cream
• 1 tsp sea buckthorn juice
• some flaxseed
• some hazelnut, ground
• 1 small sprig of mint

a small, quick dessert.
